systemd --user and network-online.target

I want to setup a systemd user timer unit that should launch a service at a time or after resume from suspend but only after the network has become available. How can I go about it? If this was a system unit then I think that making the service depend on network-onine.target would suffice. The problem is that this target is not available for the user daemon.
