I updated my kernel to 3.17 and now when I reboot I have no internet without calling

Code:

ifconfig enp0s25 $IP broadcast $BROADCAST netmask $NETMASK up

I had a custom service file which was enabled through systemctl, but it shows up as failed after each reboot. I can restart my internet by calling

Code:

sytemctl start static-network.service

but having it enabled fails after a reboot.

Any suggestions?
