|
|
Hi All!
Im new to Gentoo and have finally a somewhat working OS. I have a problem with my sound. It seems to choose my HDMI device as default and not my speakers.
I have tried to fix this by looking at other that have had similar issues but not succeeded. I hope that someone of you can help me with this.
My output from aplay -l
Code: |
*****List of PLAYBACK hardware Devices *****
card 0: HDMI [HDA Intel HDMI], device 3: id2807 Digital [ID 2807 Digital]
Subdevices: 1/1
Subdevice #0: subdevice #0
card 1: PCH [HDA Intel PCH], device 0: ALC3232 Analog [ALC3232 Analog]
Subdevices 1/1
Subdevice #0: subdevice #0

I've put these lines in my ~/.asoundrc
Code: |
pcm.!default {
type hw
card 1
}
ctl.!default {
type hw
card 1
}
