autologin with gentoo

I would like to autologin with gentoo. What is the procedure? There is nothing recent on the internet about it for gentoo surprisingly.

You mean into your desktop? It depends on which one you are using but I think KDE, Gnome, and XFCE have the option to do it in Settings.

There are plenty of examples in Google for Linux autologin. KDE and other desktop environments are not part of Linux, although they can be run in Linux, too.

If using KDM or GDM just open their config dialogs and look around.

If using console, google for "gentoo mingetty autologin".
