How to select which app handles given protocol?

I use KDE and Chrome. I have two torrent clients installed. How do I select which one is launched when I click a magnet: link?

you should check the kde settings. as i gave up using kde wiht 3.5 in the past i do not have any idea.

usually there were some system settings window where you could set these.
