cups 1.1.15 r2

simply does not work, I use gentoo 1.2 with the old gcc and each time I launched a test page: job canceled. I also tried to install a lot of stuff to convert file (as the error_log told me) but nothing to do. I saw that where an old cups version 1.1.14 and tried it. The result is that works perfectly... Is there anyone else with this problem?
