After running Emerge system for about 3 hours my PC came up with this error message

Access Violation Summary

Log FILE = "/tmp/sandbox-diffutils-2.8.4-7163.log"

There is a whole load of text in the file such as

open_wr: /usr/share/locale/cs/LC_MESSAGES/diffutils.mo

Any reason why this has came up and how I go about fixing it?
