Did a search, couldn't find anything. I'm using xlockmore to lock my screen (along with xautolock). I'd like to use some of the 3D modes (rubik, atlantis, etc) but can't seem to get them working. Originally, I just emerged xlockmore, but thinking that maybe the reason these extra modes weren't working was an ebuild problem, I downloaded and built it from source and still have the same problem. I can run glxgears fine, and have an nVidia card. I've done an emerge nvidia-kernel and opengl-update nvidia, but still can't access these modes. Anyone have any suggestions on how to get them working?

I think you're looking for the program 'xscreensaver', that is the one with the modules atlantis, etc. |

I figured it out today. Download the latest xlockmore, and when you run the standard 'configure; make; make install' steps, change it to run 'configure --enable-alpha; make; make install' and you will have the 3D modes activated. I especially like the 'cage' mode and 'atlantis' is nifty as well.
