I just bought a new hp 656c printer. I used the gentoo printer guide to set it up. NO PROBLEMS. It prints perfectly. But I just have one little problem. It prints backwards, like if I have a 3 page paper to type it prints page 1 first then page 2 then page 3. This causes the paper to drop in the wrong order. I'm sure there is a way to reverse the print order to print the last page first but I cant find it. Does anyone know?
Thanks! |

I too would like this answer -- never could find it. It seems that Linux printing makes it hard the way that filters parse the data and the outcome is sent to the printer. Page boundaries are very difficult for some of the filtering programs, and are not set until they are being printed.

Using lpr:
Then use Code: | mpage -r something.ps | instead of lpr something.ps.
Using kprinter:
Click Expand, click the Copies tab, select reverse. |
