after i upgraded to gnome 2..0.2 - problems

first thing i noticed after i upgraded gnome to 2.0.2. on my lap-top:
1.all manually added launchers have disappeared.
2.To add new launcher via nautilus is not possible. (same b.s. like in gnome 2.0)
3.Xchat can not send any õäöü characters. All text after any of those letters is deleted. (i can see the text when i type it to input box)
(yes i did recompile x-chat )
...thats it for now
