Hello everyone, I recently installed steam according to the wiki and configured proton. I don’t know why I can install it just after downloading it. But when I restart the computer, I can’t download any games except downloading games. Everything is normal now.

Random guess: Are you downloading games on a partition not mounted, or is it in your /home ?

How does this manifest, downloads failing or can't click the "install" button etc etc? |

After my investigation, it is not my steam that has a problem. First, I started to investigate the DNS resolution in the network, but I did not find any abnormalities. However, when I checked my network manager, I found that I had installed two network managers at the same time, namely dhcpcd and networkmanager.
I'm sorry for the inappropriate wording above. What I meant is that except for the abnormality of downloading games on Steam, all other functions of Steam are good. |

Hello, I'm sorry that my translation is not very accurate. What I mean is that except that I can't download games on Steam, other functions are normal. Now I have solved the problem. It was because I installed two network managers. |
