I just upgrade to profile 23

I set binrepos.conf in /etc/portage as follows:

Code:

[binhost]
priority = 9999
sync-uri = https://amd64/binpackages/23.0/x86-64-v3

when I go to update via emerge

Code:

emerge --ask --update --newuse --deep --changed-use --getbinpkg @world

I get following error:

!!! Error fetching binhost package info from 'https://amd64/binpackages/23.0/x86-64-v3'
!!! <urlopen [Errno -2] Name or service not known>

Why am I getting this error?
