If you trust the source and way palemoon-bin has been downloaded to your system, just do: | Code: | cd /var/db/repos/palemoon/www-client/palemoon-bin
ls /var/cache/distfiles/palemoon-33.0.0.linux-x86_64-gtk*.tar.xz._*
/var/cache/distfiles/palemoon-33.0.0.linux-x86_64-gtk2.tar.xz._checksum_failure_.jyqjf4ql
mv /var/cache/distfiles/palemoon-33.0.0.linux-x86_64-gtk2.tar.xz._checksum_failure_.jyqjf4ql /var/cache/distfiles/palemoon-33.0.0.linux-x86_64-gtk2.tar.xz
# edit Manifest and delete DIST palemoon-bin-33 line matching your gtk version 2 or 3.
ebuild palemoon-bin-33.0.0.ebuild digest
emerge -1 palemoon-bin |

Passing --digest switch to emerge should ignore checksum errors.

However it's not advisable to use --digest regulary for obvious reasons.
The checksum mismatch should be noted to the overlay/repo maintainer.
