getting packages

I was trying to "emerge kde" and it stumbled into a cant extract libgpio-cvs-20010607.tar.bz2 about 2 hours into it.

I saw the threads about not finding truetype and some others but that isnt my problem. I tried adding other mirrors, deleting the libgpio folder and emerge rsyncing and everything. It is still looking for that file in /usr/portage/distfiles

Where can I get it??
