|
|
Hi,
I have my scanner working with SANE. I was wondering if anyone knows of a simple copier utility that can allow me to use my scanner as a copier. Something that has one or two mouse clicks to make a copy would be great.
Is there anything like this that anyone knows about? |

I think that XSanev (emerge xsane) does this, tho I am not that sure.
[edit: add emerge xsane] |

I did find a little script called "xerox" in the sane backend tar ball. The script can be customized and seems to work for me. I can just hook this script up to a button for my "quick copy". |

Code: |
emerge xsane
xsane --copy

You can make a button on you button bar or whatever you might have which has the command 'xsane --copy'.
Not a one button solution.
However when I tried it all I got was a blank page.
It may work for you. According the docs it should work.
Good luck.
