[SOLVED] Webkit-based browsers don't play HTML5 video

Tried to play HTML5 video (youtube.com) by webkit-based browsers (surf, dwb, qupzilla) with no success: video doesn't play with message: "An error occurred, please try again later". Firefox and chromium play well.

media-libs/gstreamer-0.10.36-r2 was built with the following:
USE="introspection nls orc -test"


media-libs/gstreamer-1.2.4-r2 was built with the following:
USE="introspection nls orc -test"

x11-libs/cairo-1.12.16 was built with the following:
USE="X glib opengl svg xcb xlib-xcb (-aqua) -debug (-directfb) -doc (-drm) (-gallium) (-gles2) -legacy-drivers -openvg (-qt4) -static-libs -valgrind"
