|
|
Hello,
One of my BananaPI is currently running the official 3.4.103 LeMaker's kernel.
I'm looking for a way to monitor the CPU temperature and found this code which is not committed yet in the kernel line.
I did some modification in linux-sunxi/drivers/hwmon/Kconfig & linux-sunxi/drivers/hwmon/Makefile and got it compiled without even a warning.
I did a copy of the newly compiled kernel on my bPI and a20-tp.ko into its /lib/modules/3.4.103/kernel/drivers/hwmon/ but, unfortunately, the kernel won't load it.
Code: | torchwood ~ # modprobe a20-tp
modprobe: FATAL: Module a20-tp not found.

As it's the 1st time I'm doing this exercise, I probably missed something ... but what ?
Thanks for your help.
Laurent
