Xywa,

The easy one first
Code:
00:1b.0 Audio device: Intel Corporation 6 Series/C200 Series Chipset Family High Definition Audio Controller (rev 05)

Your Mic will be attached to your sound card somehow. You just neeh to poke about it alsamixer with the input device settings until you find it.
You will be able to select one of several inputs, mute/unmute them and set the level.
Don't forget to check the digital inputs too. My netbook has the Mic as a digital input.

For your camera
Code:
Bus 004 Device 003: ID 5986:0315 Acer, Inc
, you need uvcvideo support in the kernel.
That will get you a /dev/video0 which most apps that can use a webcam will find by default.
Its just possible that your Mic is hiding behind your webcam, in which case it will use snd-usb-audio from the kernel

First of all, many thanks for the answer.

At the moment I read Alsa & Gentoo Wiki (part about using mic - Test Mic Recording):
http://wiki.gentoo.org/wiki/ALSA

Unfortunatley - nothing. I have an empty sound file with 0 sec. record.

I have tried this article (sox instead of arecord):
http://www.upubuntu.com/2013/05/how-to-record-your-voice-from.html
sox -t alsa default output.wav

I have got the file, but is nothing recorded.

I did everything in alsamixer what was said in Gento Wiki Alsa :(

Xywa,

Install snd-usb-audio and see if you get another sound card.

Xywa,

Look in alsamixer to see if you have a new sound card that has input only capability.

I have only one sound card in alsa-mixer, maybe I do not have microphone in my laptop? But I was sure it was there. From last about 7 years I buy laptops with linux only (without windows), so I cannot check this in different way. Maybe knopix could manage with this?
