Ah. Amazon Instant Video. For example, see http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B00CF2TEJO/ref=dv_web_wtls_list_pr_1. When you click watch, the video should start playing. The problem I experienced was that there would pop up a dialog box saying that the player was updating itself and then an error screen would appear; the video (and audio) would not play. I'm afraid I did not capture the specific error message, so this topic will have to be of benefit for those who are trying to play Amazon's Instant Video on Firefox and are finding that it doesn't work right after the "Updating Player" dialog. |
