|
|
Hi!
After power off and power on my laptop I saw that dbus restarted, or seems to be restarted - show all icons in tray and in not relevant color scheme.
Also I detect that mouse gestures not working. How activate it again?
I dont want reload/relogin/reboot my kde desktop.
After trying simulating updating gestures in control panel Ive got application error, something like this:
https://bpaste.net/show/2f83241d9e94
Is it possible to restart KDE without lost current layout and relogin/reboot? Maybe restart some of services?
It seems that power pm-utils or powerdevil is buggy - because if power on its ok.
Thanks. |

Not sure this helps, but if you use synaptics command like below may help
Code: | synclient TapButton1=1 TapButton2=2 TapButton3=3 |
when my touchapd gets lost from time to time this solves that, just to find command relevant for your system, but you would have to give more details ... _________________ http://gentoo.mahdi.cz <-- gentoo package search engine |

Thanks for your answer. It seems to be useful. Will try. I use synclient on my laptop for lazy off touchpad when use keyboard and mouse.
But I still needing with solution to reload KDE session without re-login. Google tells some solutions but it destroy my KDE session - no plasma or std-panel and so on. |
