Hi!

After power off and power on my laptop I saw that dbus restarted, or seems to be restarted - show all icons in tray and in not relevant color scheme.
Also I detect that mouse gestures not working. How activate it again?
I dont want reload/relogin/reboot my kde desktop.

After trying simulating updating gestures in control panel Ive got application error, something like this:
https://bpaste.net/show/2f83241d9e94

Is it possible to restart KDE without lost current layout and relogin/reboot? Maybe restart some of services?

It seems that power pm-utils or powerdevil is buggy - because if power on its ok.

Thanks.

Not sure this helps, but if you use synaptics command like below may help

Code:
synclient TapButton1=1 TapButton2=2 TapButton3=3

when my touchapd gets lost from time to time this solves that, just to find command relevant for your system, but you would have to give more details ...

Thanks for your answer. It seems to be useful. Will try. I use synclient on my laptop for lazy off touchpad when use keyboard and mouse.

But I still needing with solution to reload KDE session without re-login. Google tells some solutions but it destroy my KDE session - no plasma or std-panel and so on.
