Short of waiting from someone skilled in divination, you need to (at minimum) pastebin full build log.

Are you trying to install "virtualbox" or 'virtualbox-bin"? As far as I know the executables are stored in "/opt/VirtualBox" I believe and not in "/bin".

Just a stab in the dark here but did you add your user to the vboxusers group. Also add "vboxdrv", "vboxnetflt" and "vboxnetadp" to "/etc/conf.d/modules" and then either reboot or "modprobe" the modules before starting VirtualBox.

Open a terminal and enter
Code:
VirtualBox
Post back here with any errors you are getting.

Also, I think there is a license requirement -- ?? PUEL -- or something. Check that.

Another guess. It is possible a problem like this may occur when both qt4 and headless are disabled.
