I am not running multilib just straight amdx64. Anyone have any idea what the problem is?

you're not alone. I'm having the same problem while updating my system. If you have any solution, please post it here. _________________ run this in your gentoo-bash:
"grep -R -i -A2 -B2 'on fire' /usr/src/linux/*" |

This is from libtool 2.4.3. I mask while =sys-devel/libtool-2.4.3. |

Finally found a fix!! Add "-crywrap" to package.use and it will build with no problems! |
