Hi, I'm trying to update my system, but I get the following errors:
Code:

These are the packages that would be merged, in order:

It may be possible to solve this problem by using package.mask to
prevent one of those packages from being selected. However, it is also
possible that conflicting dependencies exist such that they are
impossible to satisfy simultaneously.  If such a conflict exists in
the dependencies of two different packages, then those packages can
not be installed simultaneously.

For more information, see MASKED PACKAGES section in the emerge man
page or refer to the Gentoo Handbook.

emerge: there are no ebuilds built with USE flags to satisfy "virtual/udev:0/0=[gudev]".
!!! One of the following packages is required to complete your request:
- virtual/udev-215::gentoo (Missing IUSE: gudev)
(dependency required by "x11-misc/colord-1.0.3" [installed])
(dependency required by "x11-libs/colord-gtk-0.1.25" [installed])
(dependency required by "gnome-base/gnome-control-center-3.12.1-r1[colord]" [ebuild])
(dependency required by "gnome-base/gnome-core-apps-3.12.0" [ebuild])
(dependency required by "gnome-base/gnome-3.12.0" [ebuild])
(dependency required by "@selected" [set])
(dependency required by "@world" [argument])

The error seems to be related with the package virtual/udev, but I can't find a solution.

Thanks for your help.

It appears colord wants any service providing udev with gudev set, but it's wanting it from the virtual.

Try emerge --sync again, might have an old copy of portage with old USE flags. I think one of the devs may have changed some of these things a bit to simplify things a bit, gudev USE flag should be passed directly to the provider udev/eudev/systemd to get things working, whichever you're using on your system.

Hi eccerr0r,

I solved the problem emerging colord with the --nodeps flag and the updating world.

Thank you!
