Hello there,
I just installed the gentoo hardened 3.13.10 on HP proliant DL320e Gen8 V2 and I can not manage the fans that spin at full speed.
Can you help me?
thank you

the sensors-detect command gives the following result:

Code:
Driver 'to-be-written':
 * ISA bus, adress 0xca0
    Chip 'IPMI BMC KCS' (confidence: 4)

Driver 'coretemp':
 * Chip 'Intel digital thermal sensors' (confidence: 9)

Note: there is no driver for IMPI BMC KCS yet......

and the sensors command gives the following result:

Code:

Physical id 0:  +28.0 C   (high = +80.0 C,  crit = +100.0 C)
Core 0:          +28.0 C   (high = +80.0 C,  crit = +100.0 C)
Core 1:          +28.0 C   (high = +80.0 C,  crit = +100.0 C)
Core 2:          +28.0 C   (high = +80.0 C,  crit = +100.0 C)
core 3:           +28.0 C   (high = +80.0 C,  crit = +100.0 C)

tg3-pci-0300
