Could you elaborate ?
BTW, you certainly already noticed that the report thread itself happens to be spammed. _________________

I think that's a reasonable request / feature; however, I can tell you that it's not a currently configurable feature just for the reporting thread. The setting is global. Right now, though, especially considering the age of the phpBB 2.x code base, we aren't doing any code modifications except for critical issues.

This limit I run into when I answer questions on a few threads in quick succession, you hit this fast if you ask for more information on some threads; on the other hand, this also prevents you from going too fast in asking questions in these answers. With the current rate, asking questions on threads works fine and these are the type of questions that need to be asked; if you go faster than that, you are introducing the ability to ask questions without even reading the posts which is certainly something we shouldn't pursue. If you see lowering the limit as a benefit for some case, please demonstrate that case and how it can be improved. |

- John | That's fair enough. Added SOLVED to the title. _________________ https://otw20.com/ OTW20 The new place for off the wall chat |
