Hello i have uploaded a gameplay video of BioShock Infinite, Game that i own his disc.
When i upload the video its says that i Infringing becuse in the game theres a part with a known song. How can i avoid that?
i use it in legal way.

Strip the audio with something like ffmpeg; for an example, see this answer to a similar question.

And if i will tell them that i bought this game they will accept this?

The only way to know is to ask them or find someone that has asked them before.

no, they will not accept because they claim on the music track. You don't have the right to distribute it, even if you have the disk.

Note that you can still ask them to give you an exception; though, you would need a very good reason for it and I doubt this usage is one of that. Cutting the audio, then putting your own audio over it; could work better, that is, if the game content itself is allowed to be redistributed like this.

Yes, you have to ask them but i don't think that they will accept it.
