This is a thread for all DnB fans. As there has been a lot of new DnB coming out recently especially from people like Netsky, DJ Fresh, Sub Focus and High Contrast.

Old classics are welcome. New choons you've come across will get internets. Good remixes will gain bonus internets. BIG internets for anyone who gets the "I remember that tune! It was awesome". The whole internet to someone who can get Old School to say "actually I quite like that tune!"

Anyway, here is a good one from a couple of years ago: Steve Angello & Laidback Luke ft Robin S - 'Show Me Love' (Blame Remix)

Ram Records and Hospitality have been doing some nice stuff recently. Hospitality's "Sick Music 2" lp had a nice mix using Pinball Fantasy backing music (as an ex-amiga user!!!!)

I've got a great example of how DnB has come more into the mainstream now: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=91V0Cqx9TzM

lol @ puddles pity party

I like the original better, but the clown does have a good voice. This version also kind of demonstrates that it is more appropriately sung by a teenage girl.

The clown made me think of Landau (he went on to win).

Daughter loves it too. So I've now bought it twice. From Amazon's mp3 downloader, and daughter's iTunes.

And before you lot jump all over me for doing this, I actually choose to support artists I like, So they get my money.

If you disagree, blow me.

WOW

That was good!

{EDIT} Just watched his finale performce, and his song with P. LaBelle. Phenomenal voice.

BTW, as a side note, Manmademan went on "Britain's Got Talent" after missing an invite to play at Ozora.

From the papers, from the papers[/Jimmy 2 Times]

Faked vid of the event, but the track is a legit MMM track

While it's interesting to see some reggae-looking dude sing like a white man from the 1950s, this guy has no real vocal talent and doesn't compare with that performance by the clown. In fairness, though, one performance was live, and the other, a studio recording.

I'd disagree. That comparison is similar to art critics declaring Bob Ross wasn't a real artist because he didn't perform in a manner expected of an artiste. I agree the clown seems to have a more trained style, but that isn't inherently better.

It is your money, so I would never disagree with how you spend it :)

I chose to not post the final performance because I didn't think it was quite as good. The one I posted showed some nervousness, but I thought it was better over all.

Can't we all just disagree we each other while remaining agreeable?

This gives me a good idea for a poll!

All I did was provide a link (with the reasonable expectation that I liked it). How can you disagree with a link (even if you can, you didn't). You then offered a critique of that performer. I disagreed with your evaluation of that performance as it related to clown's. I had not previously offered an opinion (I did say the clown had a good voice).
