Can anyone tell me why I don't have the multi-page per sheet option in Okular or is anyone else experiencing the same issue? I tried to google but don't seem to find any answer. _________________ No Star Can Light Our Way In This Life Of Dark And Fear

Is the option there and greyed out? I have the option enabled, and I can confirm it is working. I am using okular version 0.16.1 in kde 4.10.1. |

No it isn't even there. I know I had it but now its gone, no clue why. I'm using kde 4.9.5, cups 1.5.2-r4 and okular 4.9.5. _________________ No Star Can Light Our Way In This Life Of Dark And Fear |

The multiple pages option is not set by okular (I learn) but
from kdelibs or cups. So it is missing in ALL print dialogs on my
amd64 system.
It remains in existence in my x86 notebook which has the same
packages versions for kde, cups, etc.
I note that if I directly ask cups to print multiple pages per page,
say like this:
Code: | lp -d myprinter -o number-up=2 -P 1-4 somefile.pdf |
then it works (2 pages per page).
I am at a complete loss why kdelibs or cups is not providing this feature _________________ .... there is nothing - absolutely nothing - half so much worth

the problem (in my case at least) was that somehow the
cups use-flag had gotten un-set for qtgui ...
everything now back to normal _________________ .... there is nothing - absolutely nothing - half so much worth
