No more trying to get comfortable on a chair outside your airport gate when you're traveling through Abu Dhabi. The airport announced this week the arrival of GoSleep pods, claiming to be the world's first airport to debut the chairs that converts to a private, lie-flat beds.

Ten sleeping pods are available in Terminal 3 and in the Al Dhabi Lounge in Terminal, with an additional 35 expected later this year.

The temptation to sit nearby and throw nuts on the top would be almost overwhelming.

Government housing? That right there is probably a next-generation $5,000 a month flat in Tokyo. They would make them stackable, though, and they'd be decorated with stickers and tassels.

The best thing would be to run past it and drag a hard object across the corrugated roll-top, resulting in a sound something like a 5-second-long snare drum roll.

It's part of the cradle to grave care they're going to provide. Crib, home, transportation, cubicle and coffin. It is also scalable for any other newly discovered need.
