thinstation gentoo

I'm trying to install a minimal version of gentoo with the purpose of being a thinclient, this client will only have access to other PCs via remote protocols(RDP, VNC, view client...etc)
the gentoo wiki is down for me and I cannot access the page that describes the whole tiny gentoo process,
I'm looking for instructions or alternative pages.
in addition to that, I've read that I can either create an initrd image with the whole image, or just create a bootable installation, which will be better in this situation? it might also be useful to mention that I will be using PXE to push the client to the employees' stations
