Probably bug #444442 - x11-drivers/xf86-video-sis with xorg-server-1.13.0-r1 - X segfaults at startup. |

Thanks so much, netfab. Indeed, that was the problem. I followed the "Workaround" suggested there and the problem is now gone. I wonder if it would be a better solution to directly apply the patch to the driver, or if so, how to. |
