screenshot in console

when I use fbgrab to get screenshot when I use fbterm.
I just get following bad images..

Any Idea?

Tell fbgrab to take a picture at a lower resolution.

That is a sign that your monitors horizontal sync rate is set too high for your graphics card to process. 72Hz is the Standard
