First of all, what's that /lib64/libstdc++.so.6 thing ? libstdc++.so.6 proper place is not there.

Second, libstdc++.so.6 provided by gcc 4.6 does have that version symbol.

If libstdc++.so.6 proper place is not there, why this error?
where is it place?
how to fix it?

Hi again.

Today I have tryed emerge -e world and ...

Code:
# emerge baselayout
Calculating dependencies... done!

>>> Verifying ebuild manifests

>>> Emerging (1 of 1) sys-apps/baselayout-2.1-r1
 * baselayout-2.1.tar.bz2 SHA256 SHA512 WHIRLPOOL size ;-) ...                                                               [ ok ]
 * Your system profile has SYMLINK_LIB=yes, so that means you need to
 * have these paths configured as follows:
 * symlinks to 'lib64': /usr/lib
 * The ebuild will attempt to fix these, but only for trivial conversions.
 * If things fail, you will need to manually create/move the directories.

 * Converting /usr/lib from a dir to a symlink
 * ERROR: sys-apps/baselayout-2.1-r1 failed (setup phase):
 *   non-empty dir found where we needed a symlink: /usr/lib

Your system profile has SYMLINK_LIB=yes, so that means you need to
* have these paths configured as follows:
* symlinks to 'lib64': /usr/lib

It can be the same error?, how can I repaired this error?
