Despite being a gateway piece toward getting you comfortable with the idea of climate change, it's pretty good.
At least the part I saw was good... need to try and catch the beginning and end.

I liked most of the PBS programme and NOVA is definitely a good series. I also like that PBS (in the USA) sticks to its mission (did I write mission?) and therefore does not waste money on shit which private TV stations can provide to the average couch potato.
Public broadcasting in the EU is forcing us through mandatory TV licences to pay tens of Milliards of Euros every year for every imaginable bullshit. Fucking arseholes.
Be happy with PBS, even when they try to compete with Wikileaks. |

PBS and NPR do some stuff well, others, not so much. I like several of the entertainment programs on NPR. PBS has a lot of informational / educational that is pretty good.
If they refused federal funding, I'd consider making a donation. Otherwise, they need a new business model. _________________ lolgov. 'cause where we're going, you don't have civil liberties.
