Yeah.
Apparently there has been widespread belief in Thailand (among other primitive cultures) that slapping tits makes them grow. Rumor has it the Thai government paid for a study to disprove this once and for all, and unexpectedly found there's some truth to it.
As a result, a tit-slapping craze has been sweeping Europe since this past Oktoberfest.

I'd say that's why these young German guys who have obviously bruised their chests have all gone to see the doctor about mammary "growths" like stupid little lemmings, and why some quack doctor who is probably making money somehow off this fad is taking advantage of the situation (as are our opportunistic, sensationalist, so-called "journalists", who are dragging us all into idiocracy).
