Gov. Cuomo and the other mouth-breathing mental midgets in the NY legislature have passed a law which makes nearly all police officers criminals

New York police fired a total of 41 shots at Amadou Diallo. He was hit by 19 bullets (less than 50%). Bush's DOJ later clarified that police killing an unarmed black dude is not wrong. Not in a police state anyway. Just sick.

Lessons learned:
1. Don't run away from the police; especially if you haven't done anything wrong.
2. If you do run away from the police for no reason, don't stop to confront them in a dark, unlit spot where they can't see you.
3. If you do run away from the police for no reason, and then stop to confront them in a dark, unlit spot, put your hands in the air, remain still, and obey instructions (don't, for example, take it upon yourself to whip something out of your pocket).
4. If you don't want to be racially profiled, then work on getting a reasonable percentage of people who look like you to stop committing so many crimes; otherwise understand that it's going to happen because we can't prevent human beings from learning from experience.
