| I know some guys who came back from Nicaragua talking about bullet ants. Supposedly they are called that because, when one stings you, it feels like you have just been shot (and that pain doesn't even begin to diminish for 24 hours). |

them's the ones you see on all the documentaries, where they basically knock the ants out with smoke and chemicals, dump loads of 'em into a wicker glove where an adolescent boy sticks his hand in order to prove his manhood - a rite of passage, furthered by how pissed off the ants are when they regain consciousness, and their penchant for biting anything within reach |

That's everyday in some neighborhoods. The #1 thing any NE Asian or European looking person needs to know about Hawaii is.... you need to live in a good neighborhood. _________________ If I had a dollar for every time capitalism was blamed for the problems caused by government, I'd be a fat filmmaker with a baseball cap |

We had a warm spell for a couple days (it actually got up to 50 F). Now it's more typical for this time of year: 14 F (-10 C) _________________ Oldthinkers unbellyfeel INGSOC.

We had a cold snap... was ~20 degrees cooler than normal, now it is ~10 degrees warmer than normal. I receive more enjoyment from the warm cycle of climate change. _________________ lolgov. 'cause where we're going, you don't have civil liberties.

Not cold at-all. (There are no seasons here).
