Through actions, not an actual announcement.

If I'm not mistaken, Coulter was all hot and bothered over how Christie should have been the nominee. LOL.

Maybe he realized Governor was as high as he'd get, so just decided to quit the charade.

He's an idiot, a thug, and an authoritarian.

++

He's still better than most others. I like him for the lulz.

He was likeable, but I maintained the right to reserve opinion because he was pretty unknown, at least to me. My guess is if you compared him to a Democrat from Texas, Christie would be farther left.

no one wants to run against an incumbent. an incumbent president gets over 4 more years to campaign.

Uhm, OK. What does that have to do with his shift from claiming to be a Republican to acting like a Liberal?

because most of the republicans are being fucking idiots right now. instead of fighting for the massive spending cuts we need, they spent almost 2 full months bitching about tax increases on the wealthy. now taxes went up on the wealthy (so they didn't get what they want), and we still don't have the spending cuts we need. would you really want to associate your political career with these idiots?

Too funny. Christie hasn't betrayed you: he's trying to save your republican ass. As the SS Tea Bag drifts off into deep space, Christie has launched the escape pods in an attempt to get back to planet earth.

I admit I'm as surprised as anyone to see Christie get in an escape pod...

I certainly wouldn't start walking and talking like those destroying the country.
