Four more years of stagnant, feeble, tentative progress toward recovery. Meanwhile, he will reinflate the same home mortgage lending bubble, jack up consumer prices, and inflate the currency. Fuck Obama and the horse of naive, populist idiocracy he road in on.

I think our economy was teetering in a vulnerable position in 2008, sliding into another 2001-like recession, but what broke the camel's back and caused it to go to hell in a handbasket was the realization, around September, that socialist, anti-business Obama was going to be elected. That's when the panic started.

Actually it's not, since this would be a passive act. But, hey, global warming, the war on terror, and hurricane Katrina were Bush's fault.

Only 4 more? I think they're going to win after Obama. The economy will improve enough to make the 47% (a # which is artificially low) think they're winning. The GOP will still be arguing about how only the most extreme nutcase can win the election, and point to McCain & Romney as proof. Terry Jones will be the early frontrunner, but won't ultimately receive the nomination.

I thought they had the Throatfucker's Wife lined up to be President next.
Then after that, there must be a fresh Kennedy ready to put into the queue by now, if they can keep it off the booze and drugs long enough. They might have to cross-breed it with a Mexican though, for strategic value. A Mexican pop singer; that would be consistent with their idiocratic marketing strategy of late.

Everything is wonderful! There is no spending problem... Obama isn't about to force the second credit downgrade of the USA under his amazing leadership abilities (never mind the fact that the only ever time this happened was under his leadership). He told us all he knows what leadership is... it is what he does.
So just to be clear, the new definition of leadership is being a complete fuck-up.

I'm not convinced she'll run, but she might. What being SoS has done to her seems mild in comparison to what POTUS would be like. If she does run and wins, then she'll likely be reelected as well. Imagine, 16yrs of of ignoring and feeding Miracle-Gro to a malignant tumor. *shudder*

NY is a pretty large state, NYC is the concentration of crazy. Most states have rural areas, so really, it isn't that odd to have conservatives in them. Believe it or not, Red States actually have liberals in them too.
