wow they do exist.
thanks for the information DONAHUE
i see my dhcpd tries ipv4 first and fails to get ip then ipv6 works.
never noticed this before. _________________ reach out a little bit more to catch it (DON'T BELIEVE the advocate part under my user name) |

You can force portage/rsync to use only IPv6 by adding
PORTAGE_RSYNC_EXTRA_OPTS="-6"
to your make.conf
I have used -4 to force IPv4 on my system. |
