emerge --info and /etc/make.conf please. _________________ read the portage output!
If my answer is too concise, ask for an explanation. |

Do you have a /etc/portage/make.conf as well? As Veldrin asked, please share the output of emerge --info and the contents of /etc/make.conf and (if it exists) /etc/portage/make.conf. |
