You guys will come begging on your knees for submarines type 214 as a replacement for your type 209.
Sooner or later the deal with Dassault will make an Indian (dead, that is) and then it's EADS, including Germany et al. Yeah.
Just wondering what DBD (Austria, Germany, Switzerland) are doing just next to your MoD and your Air Force's HQ.
Your government is corrupt beyond greed and only uses excuses in an attempt to get more cash. I can only imagine how pissed your government was when Austria and Germany refused to sell weapons and other toys to your people slaughtering police force.
Real deals with India however only work as joint ventures, like KMW and ALDi (Ashok Leyland Defence India; little joke for Energyman included on the left).

Even I didn't know Ashok Leyland is still around. No, we don't buy from Germans. It's the other way round when Cameron came begging to sell us the Euro Typhoon, which we didn't buy because it was made in Germany.
