Yes, but no-one can grow it and anyone that sells it can be arrested by the "Federales ". I think it's so Obama can enjoy a locally produced spliff. |

The more I think about it, the dumber it seems to call Somalia libertarian. I mean it has always been obviously dumb. But when you really think about it, it's really dumb.

Pirates would probably qualify as a dictatorship, unless they lack any significant control. At that point, it would be some kind of anarchy. Regardless, it is nowhere near resembling libertarianism.

Obama's actually been a roadblock on this issue, even though he's an admitted coke head.
The ability to sell and grow in the state of Washington happens next year. So it's just a strange time until then.
Of course the racist AG Holder will probably still send in the feds to put goofey smokers in to pits of anal rape for the crime of unconventional recreational relaxation, because his coke head boss thinks its OK to destroy lives if they happen to smoke pot... and not be named "Obama".
