the fact-backed commentators are pointing out that fiscal conservatives swept up and gained nearly every seat they were running for. all the studies in the world are showing that this is at least a cohort effect, and may be getting younger.
social conservatives and their movements got their asses handed to them. there is no cohort effect here. people who believe that rape babies are gifts from god are an increasing minority, and all 3 got voted out of office. supporters of pot prohibition (including obama and his DOJ) are swiftly becoming minorities... multiple states legalized pot for medicinal use, and in this election, 3 states legalized it for recreational use. |
