|
|
I am in the process of installing Gentoo Universal 2008 on an Aluminum Powerbook G4 1.5ghz using a Lubuntu 12.04 DVD-RW.
SO far I've been working on this for 2 days and still can't figure out how to get it installed. Has anyone done a similar installation.
I'm able to boot into Lubuntu Live and connect internet. After that I open terminal and I type su>type a password but it tells me it can't be authenticated.
Any suggestions, thanx |

Then what? You know of a guide that is more specific about partitioning on a Powerbook g4 1.5ghz and how to get Gentoo universal 2008 installed?
Is there a newer version for ppc that is simpler to install? _________________ GBTN Seduction Art Community http://www.glorybethynight.com |

Ok, got partitioning done with. Now toward the end. I'll let you know how it goes. _________________ GBTN Seduction Art Community http://www.glorybethynight.com |
