TeamSpeak 3 Channel Commander Question?

For anyone that knows how to Setup Channel Commander in TS3!

I haven't used channel commander before, but heard good things about it. Currently we're playing Guild Wars 2 with a large amount of people. We do a lot of WvW and wanted to setup up channel commander for our officers and commanders.

We have 3 different main channels with the given hierarchy:

Red Borderlands
Red Team 1
Red Team 2
Red Team 3

Blue Borderlands
Blue Team 1
Blue Team 2
Blue Team 3

Green Borderlands
Green Team 1
Green Team 2
Green Team 3

Eternal Battlegrounds
Team 1
Team 2
Team 3

We would like to setup 4 different channel commander channels for each section. For example Green channel commanders can only talk to Green commanders in their own commander channel, Red channel commanders can only talk to Red commanders in their own commander channel, and so on. We don't want commanders from Green to be able to talk/hear commanders from Red and vise versa. Is there a way to set something like this up? I tried finding information on this, but found nothing relating to Teamspeak 3, only previous versions. Any help would be much appreciated.
