Hi , i used(xfce) this before http://forums.gentoo.org/viewtopic-t-935270.html but also in pcmanfm i can mount and umount only as root. And in thunar it doesn't show me the media device on left... and if I mount them i can't get access as user... Help please

Looks like policy/console kit issues. Probably you don't have proper sessions started. How do you start XFCE?

with slim and xinitrc:
exec ck-launch-session dbus-launch startxfce4

ACTUALLY I SOLVED IT!!! THIS AMAZING GUIDE HELPED ME A LOT! :D
