Seamonkey fails to compile 2.12.1

I have tried revdep-rebuild but SeaMonkey won't build. It fails like:

Still no resolution, can someone suggest a remedy?

I just hit a similar problem with seamonkey 2.14.1, but mine failed at the start of the compile phase where yours seems to fail in the install phase.
In my case it required internet connectivity to download something when the compile starts, maybe that helps for you too.
