Hello everybody,
I am Leor Zahavi, I want to install VLC media player in Gentoo. Please tell me the installation steps with necessary commands. Does Gentoo support other media players like KMplayer?

LeorZahavi,
You can install vlc and KMplayer with | Code: | | emerge -av media-video/vlc media-video/kmplayer |
For future reference install app-portage/eix with | Code: | | emerge -av app-portage/eix |
This will allow you to do quick searches for applications - it's faster than using emerge --search
