app-office/libreoffice-3.6 built success - USE flags

My 64bit unstable Gentoo system managed to build the new libreoffice with this flags:

So pdfimport isn't working with 3.6? I think I saw that in another thread too...

Yes this is a kind of minimal build ...
I opened this thread in hope someone publishes his wider USE flags resulting in successful builds, because I don't like to compile 4 hours just to fail ....

Especially I wonder if libreoffice using flag gtk is more responsive than kde?
(but me using kde-4.9 I have restricted gtk and gnome packages to stable resulting in failings in regard of libreoffice?)

Pdfimport is working, poppler-0.20 seems to have bug in itself which prevents it from working correctly so it aborts build.
So as I explained on the bug, just downgrade your poppler for now, or wait till I get time to fix it.

Poppler-0.20 is needed only by okular-4.9.0 with USE pdf.
Now I have installed poppler-0.20.3, it's the same with 0.20.2 I guess.

before I downgrade Poppler (currently installed 0.20.3) and have to rebuild Gimp, Inkscape and the whole Tex stuff, I'd better ask, if poppler is the real problem:

So this is, after all, a Poppler bug?
0.20.3 here, and not building with the same error.
I saw the bugtrack, but instead of downgrading poppler wouldn't it be wiser for the poppler folks to patch the bug in a new release? perhaps also preventing us from rebuilding a couple of things that'll take their sweet time..
I'm suscribing to this theme, so if anyone has anything to report (some patching on the ebuild or another solution perhaps) or myself find it worked out, I'll get to know and spread the word...

After disabling the first two patches from the libreoffice-3.6.0.2.ebuild and renaming, I was able to build:

app-office/libreoffice-3.6.1.2::maci USE="branding cups dbus graphite gtk java opengl svg vba webdav xmlsec (-aqua) -binfilter -binfilterdebug -eds -gnome -gstreamer -jemalloc -kde -mysql -odk -postgres -test" LIBREOFFICE_EXTENSIONS="presenter-console presenter-minimizer -nlpsolver -pdfimport -scripting-beanshell -scripting-javascript -wiki-publisher"

So I didnt try pdfimport.
Using a Kde desktop I experience
enabling USE gtk
disabling USE kde
shows up libreoffice much better.
I wonder what about it is this USE flag kde ?

Not to sound pedantic or anything but you're fetching that release from an overlay, right?
Any word on when is it hitting the main portage tree?

It seems menus are working much better in Kde with
USE kde disabled
